Rogers sold me a new internet connection and made me sign a contract. Then management called me and gave me the option to terminate the contract without termination penalty and get a new connection. Been trying to resolve this issue since 22 Jan 2023 and has spend 8-10 hours over several calls. Can someone from
Rogers management please help me out as customer service number has been a waste of time.
