I'm looking to reconnect cable and internet at a home that has previously disconnected but has your set up. Is this something you're able to do without coming to the home?

Could you please specify whether it was for digital cable or Ignite TV services?
If it's regarding an Ignite TV bundle, we do offer Self Installation Options!
Can you tell us more about your type of account? Is it part of an agreement with your building association?
We most definitely want to provide you with the details you need to get your services reinstated as soon as possible.
