Has anyone else seen multiple charges for monthly service? Ie. billed 3 times in a month? Saw this on payment history in the app and looking for clarity.

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums and thank you for your first post!

 

That can certainly be shocking to receive a bill and see some unexplained charges on there. We can definitely look into this further for you. 
Are you seeing the charge for the same service three times? Or are there three different amounts? 
Did you make any recent plan changes? In some cases, you may see a partial charge for the previous service and then the new charge for the new services.
