Amazing Customer Service at Lynn Valley Kiosk

Just wanted to let you know that you have a star employee (Sara) at the Lynn Valley Kiosk for Rogers. Why she is star employee:

• I lost my phone and she listened clearly to my complicated issue.
• She was able to make suggestions and assist with the process.
• She was quick, efficient and very patient. 
• She provided consistent, excellent service to all of her customers, I noticed as I have been to the Kiosk a few times for changes to my plan. I have observed her deal with a variety of customers and been polite, efficient and helpful to each one 

In the past, dealing with all the change from Shaw to Rogers took a fair bit of time, but once I discovered the excellent service at Lynn Valley Kiosk from Sara, I did not dread dealing with my phone issues.
