Adding a BYOD Tablet

Anyone out there who can help me with adding a tablet plan to my account?  I'm wanting to do it myself online to avoid the activation fee.

I've been trying to figure out how to do this for the past 30 minutes and can't figure it out.

I have a cellular enabled tablet, but can't figure out how to add it as a BYOD to my Infinite plan.
