Actually my account of Rogers is suspended and there is no phone calls and texts.I didn't pay the bill because I didn't have work from 6 months and now only I got the work I will pay this Thursday.I am having much difficulty outside without network and calls sometimes it's urgent as well at night please understand my situation.

I have an owing balance and promise to pay set up on my account. I have not received any notification that my services are being suspended and the due date for my promise to pay has not yet passed. I have access to phone and texting, but my internet services are not working. I did not receive any notification via email, text, or through my rogers account that my services were being suspended so I am not sure what’s going on. I have tried resetting my network settings, turning my phone off and back on, hard restarting my phone…. nothing works. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I can certainly appreciate financial challenges and I am glad that you're now taking steps in the right direction. If the services are suspended due to non payment it would be best for you to speak to our Credit Operations team.
@sbm1994, welcome :). Depending on the account balance, a promise to pay may not be sufficient to prevent suspension. Of course this can vary based on specific accounts.
