As of last night we’ve been unable to access Roger’s.com email account. Senders get a bounce back indicating account has been disabled. When checking Mail a message comes up indicating no password provided for yahoo. Coincidentally the day before we upgraded our service with Rogers, and 24 hours later we have no email access……help! When I try to sign in via web Mail I get a message that says “uhoh we can’t sign you in right now, please try again in awhile. Is there a system outage?

Same issue here - we upgraded old Rogers modem to ignite 2 days ago and haven't received emails since yesterday. Tried signing in but get the same error message. Sent myself an email from another account and its undeliverable because the address can't be found or is unable to receive mail.

Same with my email...it's in a forever loop...put in username, password; goes to "verify you are human" window; says it sent verification to rogers email...BUT THAT IS THE EMAIL I CAN'T ACCESS!! Then I click on 'verify other way" and then it states an "error on our end", and to try again later. Then it locks me out and says come back tomorrow. What on earth is going on?!?!?

What browser are you using to access your email? Have you tried using an alternate browser to see if the "Error on our end" is a browser specific issue?

I logged on to the « my rogers » website and used the « Need help » button to get to Anna the virtual assistant. When my question wasn’t answered, I was put through to a chat specialist who seemed to coordinate getting my email re-enabled. Hope this helps.
