Account Suspended in Error

I've been around

Hello, 

I tried to upgrade my phone and my account was suspended in error. Rogers gave me a number for the fraud department and I've been calling and leaving voicemails on the fraud line for a month but never receive a call back. Anyone have a way of connecting with the fraud department?

I am sorry to hear that you're having difficulty getting in contact with our Validation Team. Are you calling within their hours of operation?

 

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. (ET)
  • Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (ET)
