Good morning, I am a senior and a long term cutomer for Rogers. In May I was paying about $51 and now it has gone up to about $70. When I have talked to your CS (4 times) I get the run around and have answers. When I ask for the Loyalty Office they tell me it is closed. They tell to wait for Black Friday deals which do not exist for Seniors. What I need is Canada /US unlimited talk and text, about 4GB of data. What you package is ()/120 MB of data which I do not need nor want. I May I was getting exactly this. Freedom mobile has offered me a better offer. Your CS support is absolutely horrible and they were clear tat they could not nor would help me so concluded go to another prvider.
I do not want to leave Rogers, after all of these years, but you leave me no choice. I need to stress that as a pensioned senior I do not get increases or all of the other finacial benefits, yet you want to charge me excessively.
I would like to hear back from the Rogers Ombudsman .
Thanking you in advance

Greetings @pgjo !
Thanks so much for being a loyal Rogers customers over the years! 😊 We really appreciate it! We would love to keep you as part of the Rogers family too, if at all possible.
I can certainly understand the difficulties of sticking to a strict budget, while getting all of the services you need. I'm so sorry to hear that you were unable to get through to our Loyalty team to go over some options that may be more suitable for you.
I can assure you this is most definitely not the type of experience we want you to be having.
As my parents are seniors as well, I completely understand how you're feeling. With that said, we do have a Connected for Success program and you can touch base with them to inquire as to whether you would be eligible. You can connect with them by calling 1-866-689-0758 and their hours of operations are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST
Regards,
RogersJo
