3.6% Price Increase

I'm here a lot

Just voicing my displeasure on finding out on my own of a monthly rate increase of 3.6%.

No heads up by way of notification in any form....other than the monthly bill notice with what was obviously a higher price.

 

Don't care why, yadda yadda....just desire and expect the need to feel respected with 'prior' notification....note to my file - one demerit for customer relations.

And my Roger's phone will not open my Roger's bills. Roger's can't seem to fix it?

It says "I plan to stick around".....I did not write that and if they don't remove this...I gone....26 year customer.....

1. Totally up to you, but if you don't review statements you will not be aware of any changes to your amounts or services or other notices that may be in the statement each month.

2, The forum firmware adds these different modifiers automatically depending on the number of posts you have.  Feel free to ignore them (or become upset by them if you wish)

3. Can you view the statements via a computer/browser or tablet or other means via MyRogers? Are you using the latest MyRogers app on the phone with the phone's latest OS?  If you can't see your statements on any device, there may be an issue that you need to contact Rogers about.

At this time when people are taxed to death and struggling to put food on the table, worrying about the interest rates to be able to keep there homes. Your sticking up for MORE CHARGES.

We RE's are not Rogers employees.  We are customers, and we too are all very price-sensitive.  We are not sticking up for more charges; just saying that the latest price increases should not have come as a total surprise to anyone.

I've been here awhile

Just noticed this as well. $7 more a month in my case. Now times that by millions of customers. More bonuses for the corporate overlords.

it's more like 9 to 10% after taxes i used to pay 93.04$ and now 102.24$ I'm thinking switching videotron as great offer recently they came here and I  said not interested because I dint mind saving a few bucks and switching when this was working well but this is a lot now. I'll give it a try to retention but yea after 15 years with Rogers it may be time to look elsewhere.
