And for those that didn't see my second proposed layout with MOCA adapters on each run, here it is. And this configuration also keeps all MOCA separate from the Internet, as their is no coax TV service needed.

I have heard from some people that firmware 7.2.4.5.2b5 has introduced a problem with WIFI security. In particular if AUTH mode is set to Auto, some devices (including Apple devices) can lose their WIFI connections. For now WPA2-PSK should be set....
