I have been running Outlook 2019 and for the last month I am having trouble as it seems to be syncing with my Yahoo email and ends up locking and having to be restarted. How can I remove my rogers email from Yahoo?

I've got Outlook working but I have no button to go from Beta to ordinary. Does anyone know the keyboard short cut to check for new email? That is the one thing that seems to be missing from the Outlook I'm used to.
I will be with you on that plan and I will sign it as soon as it's ready. It has to be exposed to public social media. I put it on Facebook but I think there might be a better way to do it.
