On Shaw support for years we have always had an estimate of wait time.
When will Rogers have estimated wait times like Shaw.
This is an excellent feature for customer support.
anyone agree?

This is such a great suggestion, it would definitely help when the wait times are high. Thank you for the feedback. Just as an FYI you are more than welcome to contact us via social media through Twitter @RogersHelps or on Facebook.com/Rogers. You would only have to message us once to be placed in a queue and you're free to go about your day until the next rep becomes available :).

Thanks RogersZia. This has saved us 100s of hours on hold over the years with Shaw support.
and yes, I have used both Facebook & Twitter as well as Rogers chat as well. In this case, I needed to talk to somebody and waited over 90 minutes to get through without any updates of wait time or place in the queue. The queue place works nice in Rogers chat.

My experience with Rogers customer support has been abysmal. Based on what I've read on Redditt, it will probably get worse, perhaps much worse.
