Shaw to Rogers By the Gig Plan

I thought the commitment stated that it'll honour my previous contract with Shaw which was the "by the gig" free unlimited call and text but you pay for data. Since I don't use data and only use text and call I shouldn't be charged anything (I don't even use the free 1gb that the new plan supposedly has) however I still am being charged $5 a month? Why?

Yeshua, you have to setup payment details to get the $5 back! It seems Shaw also did this but I didn't know as I was paying off phone purchase so details were there.
