What is I want don't WANT to contract with Rogers?
I'm basically asking if I'm legally obilged (if I MUST)
Also, if I accept Rogers T&C, (enter into a contract with them) am I restarting my 2 year term or just riding out what would be left with Shaw? (I like to review this every 2 years and I don't want to start a new 2 year term)

I want to let you know that all Shaw Mobile customers must transfer to Rogers to avoid disruption to their mobile service (before December 18, 2023). I know you may be hesitant with this change but I would love to help you and your family start to take advantage of the benefits Rogers has to offer for the same price you are paying today guaranteed through April 3, 2028.
The option to transfer your MyTab balance from Shaw to Rogers will be available as of October 23, 2023. Any customers who activate with Rogers Mobile and complete their port in from Shaw Mobile will have their remaining MyTab device balance transferred to Rogers.

Out of curiosity, whats up with the difference in statements regarding the MyTab balance, having to pay it off versus what you've indicated that MyTab balances are shifted over to Rogers? I'm sure that @t_smith would be interested in your response. Is there a mistake in your statement? Did you mean to indicate Oct 23, 2024 instead of Oct 23 2023?

Thanks for your inquiries! 😊 To clarify @Datalink, with regards to the wireless migrations, for any Shaw mobile customers now migrating your services over to Rogers, if you have a Tab balance remaining with Shaw, it will now be automatically transferred to your new Rogers wireless account.
We do have a dedicated Rogers Together with Shaw Ambassadors Team that would be able to answer any further questions or inquiries with reference to the process. They can be reached by calling 1-844-551-1957 or via this link here. Their hours of operations are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 8am -12am EST
Weekends :9am -12am EST
@wphailtsm2023, to confirm, migration is only required for Mobile services. You can continue to enjoy your home services the same way you do today with Shaw.
