Legacy Digital TV - channel 337 (Ginx Super Channel (North York/Toronto area) has had bad audio (both Regular and DVS Audio choices) for several days.
The picture is perfect, but the audio breaks up every second or less, thus words are missed. It's just not being transmitted properly, so the audio hiccups along with stops and starts throughout.
