Power cord for 9865HD PVR

Anyone or Rogers store in Ottawa have a spare power cord for a 9865HD PVR?   I am looking for one.

You can always check with any family or friends that might have a digital box not in use, and see if they have an extra power cable that they can provide you with. If not and you do require service for that TV, we can look into options for our Ignite TV platform to better assist you.

Check the local marketplace listings.  I had one last year and gave it to someone for free on the local buy and sell marketplace sites.

How can we get a new adapter for one of our 4 cable boxes? The power cord doesn't work and we were told we just need to replace the adapter. However, they had none at the store.

While we do not have any replacementsparts for grandfathered equipment, you can always check with any friends or family member that might have an extra power cable that they can provide you with. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Alternatively, you can verify with third-party companies, such as Amazon or Ebay, for example.
