Next Boxes turning off

Our TV Next Boxes are turning off, this just started happening in the past few days, it is independent of the TV being turned off.  Could it be related to a reboot which I have read that can happen overnight?

More information please.

1. What is/are the make/model of the Nextboxes in question?

2. Is this happening at a specific time - say overnight, or several times a day - what times?

3. Have you performed a reboot of any of the boxes?

4. Do you normally not turn these off? Explain?
