Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums and thank you for your first post! Removing the Smart Home Touchpad from your wall can be an easy task. Here are the steps that should help depending on which model you have.
If it is the TCA200/203 Black model: You should have an L shape bracket at the top that is held in place with a screw. You would need a Philips screwdriver to remove it. Once the screw is out, you should be able to lift the touchpad up and then pull it towards you to release it from the wall.
If it is the TCA301 White model: Check underneath near the bottom corner, you should see a screw. You will need a Philips screwdriver to remove. Once the screw is removed you can release the touchpad from the wall.
