in the app I set my light to come on at 7pm. It didn't work. Would the time zone be off or what else could it be?

Hello, @Jamiesmith1976
Thanks so much for posting your concern in our Community!
Being able to set up Automation rules for your Smart Home Monitoring system is one of my favourite aspects of the service.
To better assist you, please answer the questions below:
- Can you describe the lighting devices you are trying to control? Is it via a Smart Plug, Smart Wall Switch or is it the Smart LED light bulb?
- If via the Smart Plug/LED light bulb, please ensure the power switch on the lamp/wall switch is always in the ON position in order for the rules and remote functionality to work.
- If it is in the ON position and the rule is still not engaging, please ensure that when setting up a time-triggered rule that you select the days of the week you'd like the rule to be active.
We look forward to your response!
