How to view SHM video

Is it possible to view the SHM video on a laptop or can you only see it via the app.  Say I'm waiting for a package and I'm in my home office which has an additional laptop.  Can I view the video on the laptop instead of using my phone.  What happens when I'm on a Teams video call on my phone, then I can't see my SHM video

That's a good question. At present we do not have a website that supports the Rogers Smart Home Monitoring. The ability to view the videos is only possible via the app.

The Rogers Smart Home Monitoring app is the only remote interface available.

Has Roger’s made it possible to view SHM video on the Roger’s cable tv box. Such as when motion detected by camera and a recording begins, it pops up on tv?

It's a great idea, regrettably it's not available with the SHM service. However I would encourage you to learn more about the Ignite Self Protect service. It offers this feature and many more convenient ways to keep an eye on your home with 24/7 home monitoring right at your fingertips.
