Failed Camera Installation

I've been around

It has been a considerable time since security cameras were dumped and abandoned in my residence. All my efforts to get your company to install the cameras have proved abortive so far. 

 
The most annoying part is that I am being charged for services I never received and this is really fraudulent. 
 
My Requests
1. Reverse all the charges so far as I have never used the services 
 
2. Send your technical people for immediate installation. Unfailingly this week. 
 
3. Come with normal camera to replace the doorbell camera as I have already started using Alexa for my door bell. Bring one more normal camera and take away the doorbell camera. 
 
Note that this will be my last request on this issue.

Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. (EST)

Saturday: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. (EST)

Sunday: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (EST)
