Replacement required for Ignite TV Remote. Remote skips ahead when using arrrow forward buttons. Went to retail outlet and was directed to process request here.

Seems kind of stupid that a retail outlet, with the customer in front of them, would defer to an online forum in order to get a remote replacement. What kind of business logic is that ??

Can you elaborate on the nature of your issue? From what I gather, it is normal that what you are watching skips forward when using the arrow forward button.
