Switching to Ignite TV while Paying for Magazine Subscriptions

Just a heads-up for those who have magazine subscriptions on your Digital Bill (Maclean's, etc.)

... and are considering... or being forced... to go to IGNITE.

Make sure that you get them to transfer that subscription to your new account.   They will not do it automatically.

Definitely a solid recommendation for sure! When processing any migration to Ignite services the agent is tasked with reviewing all existing services and subscriptions to ensure that nothing is missed in the process. That said, human error can occur, so being aware of what you want to keep and bringing it to our attention is always super helpful.
