Screen Saver delay settings don't work

None of the Delay settings for the screen saver to kick in work, 5 minutes takes 45 minutes for the screen saver to start and 5 hours starts after 4 hours.  Doesn't matter what you set the delay to the box does not obey any of the settings, so what's the point in having any options when the box doesn't pay any attention to them.  I even had my box swapped and got the new model XiOne and it does exactly the same thing!

Calling Rogers support was pointless, they just say there's nothing they can do about it.  It's your firmware that's causing this so fix it!

I agree 100% and there should also be a way to completely disable the screensaver.

Regardless of not being able to disable the screen saver it needs to respect the time delay settings but it doesn’t. That’s a firmware issue that needs to be fixed and not ignored as Rogers has been doing.
