Our old receiver was toasr so ee were forced into getting a new Ignite box. Not since the invention of television has there been a piece of junk like these. They have no indicator lights to inform that:
!) The unit is on
2) There is a recording scheduled
3) There is a recording in progress
And to add insult to injury ...the damm thing doesn't even have a clock!! We had to order one from Amazon.
It is like every minute customers are in front of the TV, Rogers is rubbing their corporate arrogance in our faces. We hadn't thought about switching for some time but as soon as their competition has a box that isn't,'t such an insult, we will.
