Over the last 3 days we have been experiencing problems when playing our Ignite recordings.
We have recorded the Tennis and F1 and each time when we get towards the end of the recording, the screen freezes, comes back, then we lose the sound, then the screen freezes again etc etc. Eventually we get a message something like: "the recording you are watching is not available at this time, please try again later".
Extremely frustrating!!
Anyone else have this problem, is there a 'cure' for this?
