I subscribe to Total TV in Ontario and am currently receiving ID on channels 63 and 341.

On January 1, 2025, some of your favourite TV brands changed ownership. It is the case for Investigation Discovery which has been relaunched as Oxygen True Crime.
As part of this change, new and exciting content will be available and some of your shows may shift timeslots. Don't hesitate to let us know if you have questions.

@ajquann Are you able to see Investigation Discovery when you switch the guide to the "All Channels" view?
Rogers is currently offering a free preview of all the new channels: https://www.rogers.com/iptv/free-previews
and it is possible that Rogers overlooked something and did not make the ID preview available in your area.

wow rogers own internal call centre people do not know this channel exists? thats hilarious, this channel is even owned by Rogers. Rogers has issues!

I have Rogers Legacy digital TV, with the free Preview of the new Rogers-owned ID channel (listed as IDISS and IDISC in my guide) that is a mystery to the agents you contacted.
This is what I would do (if you are still stuck):
1) Try doing a voice search for ID channel content such as: Death by Fame; Road Rage; and Caught in the Net.
If you get any search results, perhaps you can see a channel # and do a cloud recording.
2) Call tech support to open a ticket for your channel problem.
3) If still not solved, now you can Contact Office of the President Agent by simply filling out the online form.
4} The manager must first okay it, and then you will be contacted, hopefully within 3 business days.
5) If the agents are baffled, ask to have them contact the VP of Product and Content dept.
6) To find the online form for special help, scroll down page to Contact Us, then click it. Then scroll down next page to Resolve a Concern and click it. Then click Resolve the Concern Now to see the form to fill out.
