I just purchased an Insignia 43" 1080p HD LED TV (NS-43D420NA20) from Bestbuy and the remote will not pair to it. I tried all 3 remotes I have. It seems the Ignite box/remote firmware will require an update to support it. Can Rogers support please pass this along to developers to test and support this TV? The TV pairs perfectly with my 4 Firesticks, so it's not the TV.

Did you go to the URC support page/Setup and use the Codefinder to programme in the code?

I found about 20 different codes for Insignia if I told it I didn't know the model number.
I believe it's also possible to setup TV and audio via a menu on the IgniteTV box, but I'm not on Ignite so I can't give you instructions for that way of doing things, although the instructions may be found in the following links.

I'm assuming you have the XR15. If not select the XR11 on the URC website.
