At first it happened periodically but now it happens 3-5 times a day. The ignite box will just freeze up. No button on the remote will work, not even the talk button will work. Then the screen will just go blank. Several times just before the screen goes blank it will say that there’s a problem with the internet , but no other device has issues and the ignite modem is just a meter from the ignite box. I’ve power cycled the box and reset the tv box multiple times. Should I just ask for a replacement or is there something I can do on my end. Thanks for any advice.
