Ignite app casting to Chromecast

We have been using the ignite app and casting to our TV through a Chromecast for quite some time, suddenly yesterday the app stopped allowing us to cast. We have 2 TVs and 2 chroemcasts and both are doing the same thing. Is anyone else having the same issue? It started yesterday around 7pm

It's anomalous that the two Chromecasts quit working at the same time. We have not received any reports of being unable to cast through the Ignite TV app. 

• Does both of your Chromecasts are of the same generation?
• Are you able to cast through other apps?
• Are your mobile devices and TVs connected to the same WiFi network?
• Have you tried power cycling all your devices, including the Ignite gateway modem?
