We continue to have connection issues with our ignite. I then attempted to hardwire to the internet modem, seemed to be ok for a few days and now it's dropping again and the screen just keeps going black. I had another ignite box so I swapped them out...same thing. This is super frustrating as we got rid of our other TV and internet provider for worse service

The Ignite TV going black screen even though it's hard-wired to the modem is not a pleasant experience. I appreciate you trying the Ethernet connection and swapping the box.
