Just switched over to Ignite and set up went fine, except I’m noticing that I have to go up to volume 70 to hear the dialogue. Old cable box was good on level 14. When On Demand switches to a commercial it becomes very loud and we scramble for remote to turn it down. When it returns to program we have to turn up the volume to level 70. Extremely annoying. Is there a fix for this?

@crazyloon : I assume this is on a TV? Go to Rogers - Settings - Device Settings - Audio - HDMI Audio Output and select "Stereo" instead of Auto or Expert.
In addition, if you're using a different input for example, go to your TV's audio settings as these sometimes have a "dialogue" or other setting to equalize the sound for dialogue vs. surround sound, etc.

Thank you! I switched it to Stereo and it works perfectly.

@Paul2003 : your post seems to have two contradictory statements. Did you try "stereo" per my earlier suggestion if you have audio volume issues?
