I have switched to Ignite TV because like many of you I was paying too much before for what I was getting. I really enjoyed Ignite TV in the beginning, but since October 2022 the problems started .
- Recurrent problems while watching TV, like freezing screen, no sound and screen turning blank for a long time.-
- PVR: the remote is slow to response for example the recording, forward, and delete function as well.
- Rogers: I called and talk to the technical support, they replaced the TV converter (small black box) and they replaced the outside cable. But the same problems keep coming back.
Anyone out there having the same issue?

I realize how disappointing it must be for the service to gradually drop in quality. You've definitely come to the right place.
Can you please confirm if the Internet portion of the service is running smoothly? Are you only having issues with the Ignite Entertainment Box? Do you have more than one set top box? If yes, can you please confirm if you're experiencing the same issues with the other box too?
How is the Internet service on all the other devices?

Internet portion is running just fine.
Issues are with Ignite TV only

Are you using your Ignite TV box via WiFi or do you have it connected directly via Ethernet?
If it's possible with your setup, I would recommend that you try connecting it via Ethernet to your modem to see if there's any improvement.

Now no more problems the TV works fine. But I will check the set up.
