Postal Code N0B 2P0. TV has been cutting out or freezing for about 4 days now. Sound has also cut out when we finally do get a picture. Trying to watch the Brier but picture keeps cutting out. Very frustrating.

• Have you tried rebooting the modem and the set top box?
• Are other devices having WiFi connectivity issues?
• How far is the set top box from your modem?
• Is the issue happening on other boxes too?

Rahul at this point in the mess of course I have done of those things I have had this service long enough to know this is a Rogers problem you have a packet problem in your UBR have someone check Woodstock headend this problem only presents while watching real time. Saved recordings ply fine. Ie streaming problem on live ignite side
