Hello, @Kush1.
Thank you for posting your concern in the Community. Ignite TV on Chrome OS (Chromebooks) is not officially supported. Hence, it may not work reliably on Chromebooks.
You can check this discussion; it may be helpful in your situation.
We will update the Ignite TV App and Browser Requirements support article when there is a change in the requirements.
Cheers,
RogersMoin

Was working fine as a Shaw product... got buggered up with ROGERS taking over... not happy - i have 3 chromebooks and my business and operations is all based on Chromebooks and Google Cloud. Fix it... I'm not alone asking for support- especially that is was working great before.

Hi @Tremblr,
Thank you for joining the conversation and we appreciate the feedback. While the app on Chromebook is not supported, you should still be able to access it through your web browser.
You can check back on our website here for updates on the latest compatibility and system requirements for the app and web browser.
Thank you!

Does Rogers plan to officially support Chromebooks?

There is no app for a Chromebook, however, as mentioned in this thread, you should be able to access the Xfinity streaming website in a browser using the link below and Rogers credentials:

Thank you for responding.
When I try the link (https://rogersxfinitystream.rogers.com/) in Chrome I get the Rogers xfinity screen below but it never gets pass this screen.
When I try the link in Firefox it loads Rogers TV interface but when I click to watch a program I get a message to watch it in the app. Unfortunately the app can't be installed on my Chromebook.

FYI - a Reddit post suggested turning off ad blockers. I did that and it is currently working. Hopefully it stays that way.
Thanks again for responding.

Worth repeating, but we're well aware of what can cause issues with websites, like adblockers or corrupt cookies. Your original post had no such comment or question, it was a question about official support. See link below for more on website issues:
