I subscribed to Shudder in error today. Thought I'd be prompted to set up an account/profile, instead Rogers went ahead and subscribed me immediately for $5.99/month. I was just interested in seeing how the App might look on Ignite (not well it turns out, compared to the Shudder App/website) and would like to unsub right now.
I chatted with a Rogers rep, who did not know Shudder was an option with Rogers and told me to "call Shudder". There is no reference to it on MyRogers / Subscriptions... but I do have access to it on Ignite and the movies are showing as available to watch.
Any suggestions on how to cancel this?

I have no idea. You subscribed through Rogers so presumably you would have to cancel through Rogers.
However, according to this blog post, new Shudder subscribers get their first month free so you have some time to check out the new service and figure out how to unsubscribe if it is not to your liking.

It is May 2024 and they still have no clue how to cancel this. Luck of the draw on which agent you get. ridiculous. stuck with Shudder now.
