Just changed over to ignite and wanted to know what people that have harmony remotes are entering for the ignite boxes?
Xfinity Xi6-T or Rogers Xi6-T?

I am pretty sure it wasn't "Rogers", but could have been "Xfinity" or "Comcast".  Be aware that the remote will need to be pointed directly at the STB as the IR reception is not that strong ...

For the longest time, Harmony only had codes for the legacy Rogers set-top boxes so many people here had been entering Xfinity as their manufacturer to get their remotes programmed to control the Ignite STBs.

According to the Harmony compatibility checker , they now have Rogers Xi6-A and Xi6-T codes set up, and I don't think it makes any difference which model you specify.  The Xi6-A, Xi6-T and XiOne are all use the same IR codeset.

Hello Everyone

I am also having same notorious issue of Harmony Ultimate remote not controlling Rogers Ignite box.

I have configured it as Rogers Xi6-a in Harmony and also placed Harmony hub on top of Rogers Ignite box but still no luck. No command is working from Harmony remote. Any help will be appreciated.

The problem has been resolved now. It was my mistake, I did not put IR blasters at the right spot. Now all good.
