Cracking, Staric Audio with Rogers Ignite

Crackling, static sound started a week ago. I tried all the solutions from Rogers on line & apps. . Called & Tech re-booted it - no change, suggested a new white box might be needed. We got app’t: Technician came yesterday, he unplugged/ plugged everything then went to default. Sound improved but we lost paid subscription to Disney. Took 2 hrs. to get Disney back.  Crackling/ static started again a few hours later after he left, late last night.  TV auto rebooted by itself at 3AM. Maybe that caused it to go back to crackle & static.   Crackling & static sound getting worse through the day, terrible tonight..

Sounds anoying.

What is the Ignite box connected to? What TV? Is there a sound bar or AVR involved? Do you have other TV with ignite box? Do they also crackle? Have you tried the ignite TV box on another TV?
