Can’t Program my Ignite Voice Remote to work with my JVC

I just bought a JVC android tv (model # LT40EC3308) and I’ve tried every code provided to program my ignite remote to it without any luck. How else can I program my remote to work the power and volume buttons?

It suggests using setup code 11774

I have a JVC Model LT-32EC3208 and am have trouble setting up my XR15 voice remote to control the volume. It will only control the channel changed. How do I fix this. Please help

@JL2207 : Go to the following website and click on "setup". Follow the instructions for your TV and key in the appropriate code.  If a code doesn't come up for your particular model, say that you don't know the model number and try the various codes in turn.

When you change the channel, that changes the channel of the IgniteTV box, not the TV.
