Can’t Program my Ignite Voice Remote to work with my JVC

I just bought a JVC android tv (model # LT40EC3308) and I’ve tried every code provided to program my ignite remote to it without any luck. How else can I program my remote to work the power and volume buttons?     ***Edited Labels***
