I am going to have to switch to ignite as they will no longer service my standard cable internet/TV. I have a tenant that has his TV next box set to French Language, mine is in English. With the Ignite tv box, can we still have the language set by each box? Also, as the recordings are in the cloud, I do not want him to be able to access my recordings. I understand that it is not possible to password protect without not providing the wifi password. He has to have it for internet included in the rent.
Thanks so much

Hello, @DB123
Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums!
We can certainly help you with your inquiries. You can still have the language set by each set top box. You can also setup the PVR so that the recordings are only available on your box and vice versa for your tenant.
I hope this helps!

Although it is possible to set up the boxes in this manner, it is very easy to set either/any box to have access to "all recordings" in the cloud of the particular account holder. I'm pretty sure the settings in the box for this functionality are in no way "protected."
Edit 1. I believe the only way to have the recordings separate would be for your tenant to have his own account with Rogers. What you are doing currently is called "account splitting" and is really counter to the terms of service with Rogers, although I realize that lots of people do it.
Edit 2. I'm assuming that you would not be giving your tenant access to the Rogers streaming app or website streaming since that would require providing your Rogers account login details.
