Hello Community,

 

Great news! You can now check for home internet service interruptions using our virtual assistant Anna.

 

The most direct way to access this feature is by visiting the new Rogers Network Hub. From here you can view many helpful support pages for troubleshooting network issues.

 

You can also directly connect to Anna from rogers.com/support, the MyRogers App or the Ignite HomeConnectTM App (Google Play / App Store).  If Anna identifies a service interruption in your area, you will be given the option to be notified via text message or email once the issue is reported as resolved.
