So we had no service for 24 hours just like those who have monthly bills
How will Rogers compensate us? Will we have an extra day added to our expiry date? Cash added to our accounts?
Or we just be ignored?

I know how frustrating it can be to experience issues with your cellphone service. I hope your service is back since you last posted here.
For further assistance, please contact our Prepaid department at 1-800-575-9090. To reach a representative please choose option 4 then option 4 again. At the end of the information on how to contact Rogers, you will be given an option to speak with one of our agent (option 1).
