Prepaid Phone

password
I plan to stick around

I have a prepaid phone that my wife uses and I have it on a annual renewal. I want to link it to my rogers account but I require an account number for the prepaid phone and I can not locate one. I pay it over the phone and have never seen an account number anywhere. Can not get through to a customer service person so thought that I would through it out on the forum for a response. Thanks!

@password : Here are my comments. Hope they help.

1. The only way to contact PAYGo (Prepaid) CSRs is outlined in the following post:  No one else at Rogers can help with prepaid. I have always found the prepaid CSRs very helpful and there usually is not a long wait to talk to someone.

2. As discussed in the following thread, there is no longer anything you can do online with prepaid phones, so there is no real reason for you to "link".

3. There is a workaround to see your transaction history, however, that's all you can do - see it. There is nothing you can do online like add money, add credit card info, etc.  I'm assuming that you can see your phone number when you login to then see the transaction history. If you cannot, then you'll need to take this up with the prepaid CSR who should be able to help, or perhaps not...
