Hi,
My daughter has been playing a game for two years. 4-6 days ago, she started having trouble “connecting to the server.” This has turned out to be a isolated and persisting issue with Rogers for several other players now, under Rogers or Fido and starting on the same day. Some of these users have had success connecting with VPNs and nearly all when they connect to other network providers in public.
From a post on another forum, we were recommended to obtain the game’s IP and run a trace route to determine if this is really a Rogers issue, which I’ve done. What should I do with these results?
You’re welcome to run the IP: 192.243.40.74
Grateful for any advice.

Greetings @bjgeorge!
In a case like this, we would need you to run the traceroute from one of the computers connected to your network.
In order to do so, launch the Command Prompt from a Windows based PC, type the following command and hit enter:
tracert 192.243.40.74
This should begin the traceroute over a maximum of 30 hops. Once the test is concluded, please copy/paste the results into a reply to this post, please.
Once we have the test results, we'll have a better idea of what's going on.
Regards,
RogersCorey
