Poor service around Ardrossan, Alberta

I live 15 minutes east of Sherwood Park, AB and I have poor cell service. Maximum 2 bars on 5G. Keeps dropping calls on both my wife’s and myself phones. I am very frustrated, wondering if anyone had experienced this. Ready to move forward with another carrier.
