Rogers LTE/5G Band coverage

daruki1223
I've been here awhile

I'm looking to buy a China Mainland iPhone 15 Pro.

Apple lists the carrier bands for each of their models based on location:

https://www.apple.com/iphone/cellular/

Specifically, the iPhone 15 pro sold in mainland china is missing the following 5G/LTE bands that are available in the Canadian iPhone:

Can someone please let me know if the lack of these 5G/LTE bands will affect my ability to use this phone in Canada on the Rogers network?

Thank you

Re: Rogers LTE/5G Band coverage

In areas where there is only band/n 71 coverage, that is when you would notice weak service if there is overlapping coverage from another band or no service at all.

Okay I did some looking around and it looks like this Rogers uses 5G n71 band at 600MHz, which the China iphone does not support. However, it supports all other 5G bands(N66,N41,N78).

Can anyone tell me if this is a big deal(that i am missing N71 coverage). I live in Toronto/GTA and go to Montreal time to time. Wondering if it will impact my day-day in these regions

"The CRTC does not regulate false and misleading ads. You can contact the product manufacturer and the TV station that aired the ads. The Competition Bureau investigates complaints about false and misleading ads". Why your 5G coverage is not seamless & uninterrupted in Montreal? Is not it false advertisement?
