5G coverage n41 (2500)

OSTO
I've been around
Just signed up with a 5G plan at Rogers. I brought my own phone Sony Xperia 1V compatible 5G. According to my research my phone only bandwidth compatibility on Rogers network is n41 (2500) but also compatible n71 and n66. Therefore I should somehow get 5G coverage but I don't. Can anyone help? Thanks

I haven't personally seen any n41 deployments by Rogers, I haven't been looking in a while, but n41 is listed for SA (Standalone) only.  In and around southern Ontario, n71 and n66 are seen in DSS (Dynamic Spectrum Sharing) configurations and are scattered around but all bands are not deployed everywhere.  n78 I believe is required for SA/VoNR.

Just because your device has supported bands doesn't mean they are configured in a way that will have them working.  Your device might also not be provisioned for 5G because it is not a device sold by Rogers and other Canadian carriers.  What have you done for troubleshooting?  Are you even in an area that has 5G coverage?
