No data when power is out

Why is it every time there is a power outage the data on our cells doesn’t work! However every other company works

Thanks for your post; losing cellular data during a power outage seems odd. It almost sounds like losing WiFi during the power interruption. Is this happening every time with all your cell phones?

Yes we have 3 iPhones in the house and everytime the power is out there data no longer works. Cannot use the phones.
It’s like once the hydro is out the network is also down
